As GCOO Operating Model Change Director, you’ll work with the Global Head of GCOO Operating Model Change and the GCOO leadership team to define and deliver material operating model change aligned to the Group’s strategic objectives. You’ll be working across value streams and enablers, driving global common solutions required across all businesses. Success means clear operating model choices backed by rigorous analysis, strong governance, and measurable outcomes through benefits realisation and OKR tracking. You’ll also create the conditions for high-quality delivery across internal teams and strategic partners.
