Job summary

Needl, a high-growth technology company at the intersection of digital identity, KYC and financial crime prevention, is expanding its enterprise sales team. We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record of winning complex, high-value new business within regulated industries.

This is a true new-logo role. You’ll own the full enterprise sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to commercial negotiation and close—selling complex SaaS solutions to banks,

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise sales within regulated sectors.
• Experience closing high-value, complex deals with new logos.
• Strong understanding of KYC, digital identity or financial crime tech.
• Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and negotiate.
• Hunter mentality focused on building new business rather than expanding existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Win new enterprise customers across the UK market.
• Build and manage a strategic new-business pipeline.
• Sell complex SaaS solutions into regulated organisations.
• Navigate long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Engage senior stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Fraud, Operations and Tech.
• Collaborate with internal product, solutions and commercial teams throughout the sales cycle.
