Bandwidth Inc. is seeking an Account Director to own new business revenue within the Salesforce Native Contact Center ecosystem in the United Kingdom.

This is an individual contributor role designed for a commercially aggressive hunter who thrives on closing complex, high-value enterprise deals. Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Experience operating in or alongside Salesforce CCaaS ecosystems.
• Ability to build relationships at C-suite and VP level.

Responsibilities

• Own the full new business sales cycle for BYOC opportunities in Salesforce Native Contact Center.
• Manage inbound pipeline referred by Salesforce AEs and close deals.
• Self-source additional pipeline through outbound prospecting into enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Salesforce and channel partners to close multi-stakeholder deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecast with senior-level discipline.
