Job summary

AudioCodes is seeking a UK Enterprise Sales Director to grow Voca CIC, our AI-first CCaaS platform, across the UK. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signature, leveraging Microsoft Teams integration, building executive relationships, and driving enterprise deals in a hunter role.

Success comes from creating pipeline, managing complex cycles, and consistently delivering revenue targets with support from presales, marketing, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise sales in CCaaS/UC/AI CX tech.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing complex enterprise buying cycles.
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• Ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
• UK-based and willing to travel for customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline by identifying opportunities within existing AudioCodes customer base and new markets.
• Close opportunities from qualification through to contract signature.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Contribute to expanding market presence across the UK with presales, marketing, and leadership support.
