Job summary

Salesforce’s Service Cloud team seeks an Account Executive to drive growth across Contact Centre, ITSM and HR Service with emphasis on Agentforce Voice and Digital Engagement. You will manage high-impact enterprise opportunities from discovery to close.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to craft compelling value propositions, build account plans, and expand ACV with existing customers while ensuring customer success and renewal pace.

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying, tech-solution sales experience.
• Experience with Contact Centre, ITSM, or HR Service software.
• Ability to build and execute account plans to grow ACV.
• Ability to uncover customers' objectives and value hypotheses.
• Demonstrated value-based solutioning to customers.
• Clear written and verbal communication across formats.
• Ability to leverage internal resources for deal progression.
• Team selling and cross-functional collaboration.
