Job summary

Ben, a leading benefits platform, seeks a BDR to drive outbound across enterprise accounts in the UK. You will partner with AEs to convert high-value prospects into SALs and SQOs, and design sequences that resonate with VP and C-suite buyers.

You’ll run ABM campaigns with Marketing, use AI in research and outreach, and contribute to the wider team playbooks, while maintaining top CRM hygiene and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience running enterprise outbound in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of hitting pipeline targets.
• Ability to engage VP and C-suite stakeholders across multi-threaded accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication with sequence writing ability.
• Autonomy to own prioritisation and outbound strategy; proactive learner of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and own outbound strategy across a defined enterprise account list.
• Collaborate with Strategic AE on account plans and stakeholder mapping.
• Run structured qualification calls and hand off to AEs with context.
• Partner with Marketing on targeted ABM campaigns for priority accounts.
• Write and test sequences, adapt tone by persona and account.
• Use AI tools for research, messaging, and preparation, and share learnings with the team.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and use data to manage performance.
