Job summary

Databricks Inc. in the UKI region seeks a dynamic Enterprise Named and Strategic Accounts Leader to oversee a high-growth sales team focused on Retail and Grocery, shaping the go-to-market strategy and accelerating customer value through data and AI solutions.

Reporting to the RVP, Consumer Industries, UK and Ireland, you will own quotas, territory plans and cross-functional alignment to ensure forecast accuracy and sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large enterprise software sales teams.
• Experience selling to Retail and Grocery verticals in UKI.
• Demonstrated MEDDPIC and Challenger-based sales approach.
• Ability to hire and develop sales talent.
• Strong forecast accuracy and revenue coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Retail senior sales team and coach for success.
• Build the GTM for Retail and Grocery in UKI.
• Define territory plans, quotas, and patches.
• Report revenue forecast and program performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and customer success.
• Foster a culture of value-based selling and long-term customer outcomes.
• Establish revenue growth plan in the first 90 days.
