Job summary

Databricks is seeking a high-impact sales leader to champion a team of Enterprise Named and Strategic Account Executives focused on Retail and Grocery in the UK & Ireland. You will drive revenue growth, build robust territory plans, and partner cross-functionally to optimize our revenue engine and customer outcomes.

You will report to the RVP, Consumer Industries, UK and Ireland, and lead with a value-based, data-driven approach to achieve ambitious year-on-year growth in a fast-growing business

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-growth enterprise software sales teams.
• Proven track record in UKI with Named & Strategic customers in Retail or related sectors.
• Strong coaching and methodology-based selling (MEDDPIC) mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Enterprise Named and Strategic Account Executives.
• Build and execute GTM for Retail and Grocery in UK & Ireland.
• Set territory plans, quotas, and coverage for your team.
