Elastic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive in the United Kingdom to drive net-new revenue and expansion within Enterprise accounts. You will be a trusted advisor, translating Elastic's Search AI, Observability, and Security offerings into tangible business outcomes for complex data challenges.

You will master cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and modern data architectures while leading cross-functional efforts to accelerate deals and ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS subscription sales within Enterprise accounts.
• Ability to craft value-based narratives linking Elastic capabilities to business outcomes.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new revenue and expansion within Enterprise accounts in a UK territory.
• Act as a trusted advisor, turning data problems into measurable business insights.
• Navigate complex sales cycles using MEDDPICC and collaborate with Solutions Architects, Success, Marketing and RevOps.
