Job summary
BioTalent is building the future of AI-driven biology and seeks a Senior Account Executive to drive new business with top pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers. You will own complex, multi-year engagements and translate cutting-edge platform capabilities into tangible customer value.
You will land new logos, manage a strategic enterprise pipeline, and partner with founders, product, science, and customer teams to shape the commercial motion of the category-defining AI biology company.
Qualifications
- Proven enterprise sales experience in B2B environments.
- Track record of closing complex deals with multi-stakeholder buy-in.
- Experience selling into pharma, biotech, life sciences or AI/software sectors.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Land new logos across pharma and biotech.
- Build and manage a strategic enterprise pipeline.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Engage with scientific, technical, procurement, and executive buyers.
- Translate an AI biology platform into clear customer value.
- Partner with founders, product, science, and customer teams.
- Help refine sales messaging, qualification, and GTM playbooks.
- Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
