Role Overview

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will generate pipeline across SDRs, channel partners, marketing, and self-generation, targeting companies with 500+ employees in your region. We seek driven, motivated, and ambitious individuals passionate about customer experience and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target net new accounts with 500+ employees.
  • Generate a strong pipeline to ensure consistent quota achievement.
  • Build internal relationships to close large deals.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, including pipeline generation and presenting to C-level executives.
  • Streamline contracts with strong proposal and negotiation skills.
  • Align with sales go-to-market plans, deliver forecasts, and develop regional prospects.
  • Develop partner, channel, and alliance relationships to exceed quotas.
  • Act as a Talkdesk evangelist and collaborate internally to grow your pipeline.
  • Upsell to existing customers with new products.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience in creating self-generated opportunities and closing multi-year contracts.
  • Proven success selling into large corporate and enterprise accounts.
  • Experience selling to C-suite, senior management, and directors.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and contract development skills.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Primarily office-based, involving extended periods of sitting or standing, and computer work. Limited lifting or equipment handling.
