Your Role at HubSpot

As a Corporate Account Executive at HubSpot, you will engage directly with medium to large-sized businesses, helping them to grow. You will use proactive and inbound selling strategies to find and close new business, and increase the customer's usage of the HubSpot platform over time. You will leverage your knowledge of digital transformation and change management to act as a trusted advisor and business consultant, managing the sales process end to end.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and be responsible for your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan.
  • Identify new prospects from inbound and self-sourced leads.
  • Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
  • Close new business and expand existing accounts at or above quota on a monthly basis.
  • Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, including directly to C-level.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology teams to adapt sales strategies as new features and products are launched.
  • Conduct online and occasional in-person product demonstrations.
  • Respond to Legal, Security, and Procurement questionnaires and RFPs.
  • Sell the full growth platform, with a focus on the Enterprise license.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, and Security to address complex contract requirements.
Role Requirements
  • Must be based in the UK for consideration of remote opportunities.
  • 5+ years of sales closing experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Proven high performance, such as exceeding quotas or President's Club membership.
  • Strong goal orientation and effective achievement strategies.
