Synthesia, the world’s leading AI video platform, seeks Enterprise Account Executives to grow ARR in the DACH region. You will land and expand enterprise logos (1k–10k employees) by delivering value-driven, MEDDPICC-informed sales while collaborating with Customer Success to ensure adoption and expansion.

Qualifications

B2B SaaS sales experience selling to enterprise logos (1k–10k employees).
Strong outbound prospecting and product demo experience in a value-based sales environment.
Ability to identify client pain points and craft ROI-driven value propositions.
Experience with MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

Drive ARR by landing and expanding Enterprise customers in DACH.
Maintain a robust pipeline through direct and teamed prospecting.
Forecast accurately and deliver quarterly revenue targets.
