Job summary

Hightouch is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, fluent German, and will be based outside Germany in the EMEA region.

You’ll lead outbound efforts and land-and-expand in the DACH market with strong discovery and communication skills. The role calls for self-motivation, a coachable attitude, and a track record of success in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in complex enterprise SaaS sales.
• Experience building pipeline through outbound and land-and-expand in the DACH region.
• Must be fluent in German.
• Must be based outside Germany, in EMEA.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be a self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Sell enterprise SaaS solutions to large customers in the EMEA region.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from outbound activity.
• Lead land-and-expand motions in the DACH market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals and drive revenue.
