Job summary

Hightouch is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team. You will drive complex enterprise SaaS sales in the DACH region, building pipeline through outbound activities and expanding existing accounts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter based outside Germany, fluent in German, with exceptional communication skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to adapt to a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in complex enterprise SaaS sales.
• Experience building pipeline through outbound and land and expand in the DACH region.
• Must have fluent German language skills.
• Must be based outside of Germany, in EMEA.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
• Intellectual curiosity, high ambition and humility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
• Be a self-starter.
