The Customer...

We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire a Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.

They are an established and well-respected security services business operating in various sectors, both directly and through significant channel partnerships. They focus on large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors, with a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This new role is to manage key enterprise customers, a responsibility traditionally held by senior leaders, as part of this growth investment.

The role involves managing existing enterprise customer accounts and developing new business (approximately 25%). It offers a unique opportunity to join a growing, investor-backed organization executing its growth strategy.

Experience required...

• Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions and consultancy services
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance)
• Understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions, including centralized Identity
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services such as AD, FIM, MIM, especially relevant for transformation projects

Background...

• Account management of enterprise customers (~75% of the role)
• Ability to secure new customer business (~25% of the role)
• Experience working in an SI, Enterprise Consultancy, or Microsoft Managed Security Partner environment
• Understanding of the broader Microsoft Security stack—Cloud Security, Cloud Identities, Copilot for Security, Defender XDR
• Experience discussing complex security solutions with existing and new enterprise customers
