The Customer...

We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire a Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.

This established and well-respected security services business operates mainly in large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors, with a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This new role involves managing key enterprise customers, a task currently handled by senior leaders, as part of their growth investment.

The role combines enterprise services and products centered around the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem, split between managing existing accounts and developing new business (25%). It offers an exciting opportunity during a growth phase for the organization.

Experience required...

• Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions and consultancy services
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance)
• Understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions, including centralized Identity
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services, e.g., AD, FIM, MIM, relevant for transformation

Background...

• Account management of enterprise customers (approx. 75% of the role)
• Ability to acquire new customers (expected to be 25% of the role)
• Experience working in an SI, Enterprise Consultancy, or Microsoft Managed Security Partner
• Understanding of the broader Microsoft Security stack—Cloud Security, Cloud Identities, Copilot for Security, Defender XDR
• Experience discussing complex security solutions with existing enterprise clients and new prospects.
