We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire a Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.

This established and well-respected security services business operates in various sectors, both direct and through a significant channel partner network. They focus primarily on large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors and follow a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This new role is part of their growth investment to manage key enterprise customers, a responsibility currently handled by senior leaders.

The role involves managing existing enterprise customer accounts and developing new business, with approximately 75% account management and 25% new business development. It offers an exciting opportunity during a strategic growth phase backed by investor funding.

Experience required...

• Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions and consultancy services
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance)
• Understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions, including centralized Identity
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services (e.g., AD, FIM, MIM), especially for transformation projects

Background...

• Account management experience with enterprise customers (approximately 75% of the role)
• Ability to secure new customer logos (approximately 25% of the role)
• Experience working in an SI, enterprise consultancy, or Microsoft Managed Security Partner environment
• Understanding of the broader Microsoft Security stack, including Cloud Security, Cloud Identities, Copilot for Security, Defender XDR
• Proven ability to discuss complex security solutions with existing enterprise clients and new prospects
