We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire this Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.

This established and well-respected security services business operates in various sectors, both direct and through a significant channel, mainly in large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors. They have a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This new role is to manage the organization’s key enterprise customers, a task currently handled by senior leaders, as part of their growth investment.

The role involves managing existing enterprise customer accounts and 25% new business development, focusing on solutions built around the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem. It’s an exciting time to join as the organization executes its growth strategy.

Experience required...

• Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions and consultancy services
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance)
• Understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions, including centralized Identity
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services such as AD, FIM, MIM, relevant for transformation

Background...

• Account management of enterprise customers (approximately 75% of the role)
• Ability to win new logo customer business (expected to be 25% of the role)
• Experience working in an SI, Enterprise Consultancy, or Microsoft Managed Security Partner
• Understanding of the wider Microsoft Security stack—Cloud Security, Cloud Identities, Copilot for Security, Defender XDR
• Experience discussing complex security solutions with existing enterprise customers and new prospects.
