The Customer...

We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire this Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.

This established and well-respected security services business operates in various sectors, mainly in large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors, with a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This new role is to manage the organization’s key enterprise customers, a responsibility currently handled by senior leaders as part of their growth investment.

The role involves managing existing enterprise customer accounts and 25% new business development, focusing on enterprise services and products built around the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem. This is an exciting time to join as the organization executes its growth strategy.

Experience required...

• Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions and consultancy services
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance)
• Understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions, including centralized Identity
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services such as AD, FIM, MIM, relevant for transformation

Background...

• Account management of enterprise customers (approximately 75% of the role)
• Ability to win new logo customer business (expected to be 25% of the role)
• Experience working in an SI, Enterprise Consultancy, or Microsoft Managed Security Partner
• Understanding of the broader Microsoft Security stack—Cloud Security, Cloud Identities, Copilot for Security, Defender XDR
• Experience discussing complex security solutions with existing enterprise customers and new logos
