We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire this Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.

This well-respected security services business operates mainly in the large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors, with a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This new role is to manage key enterprise customers, a responsibility currently handled by senior leaders, as part of their growth investment.

With a focus on enterprise services and products around the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem, this role involves managing existing enterprise accounts and developing new business (approximately 25%). It is an exciting time to join as the organization executes its growth strategy.

Experience required...

• Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions and consultancy services
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance)
• Understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions, including centralized Identity
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services such as AD, FIM, MIM, especially for transformation projects

Background...

• Account management of enterprise customers (approximately 75% of the role)
• Ability to acquire new customers (about 25% of the role)
• Experience working in an SI, enterprise consultancy, or Microsoft Managed Security Partner
• Understanding of the wider Microsoft Security stack, including Cloud Security, Cloud Identities, Copilot for Security, Defender XDR
• Experience discussing complex security solutions with existing and new enterprise customers
