The Customer...

We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire this Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.

They are an established and well-respected security services business operating in various sectors, primarily in large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors, with a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This new role focuses on managing key enterprise customers, previously handled by senior leaders, as part of their growth investment.

The role involves a blend of enterprise services and products centered around the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem, split between managing existing enterprise accounts and developing new business (approximately 25%). It offers a unique opportunity to join during a growth phase.

Experience required...

• Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions and consultancy services
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance)
• Understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions, including centralised Identity
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services such as AD, FIM, MIM, especially for transformation projects

Background...

• Account management of enterprise customers (approximately 75% of the role)
• Ability to acquire new logo customer business (about 25% of the role)
• Experience working in an SI, Enterprise Consultancy, or Microsoft Managed Security Partner
• Understanding of the broader Microsoft Security stack - Cloud Security, Cloud Identities, Copilot for Security, Defender XDR
• Experience discussing complex security solutions with existing enterprise customers and new prospects
