Qualifications

We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire this Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.

This well-respected security services business operates across various sectors, primarily in large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors, with a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This new role is to manage key enterprise customers, currently handled by senior leaders, as part of their growth investment.

The role involves managing enterprise services and products built around the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem, split between existing accounts and 25% new business development. It is an exciting opportunity to join during a growth phase.

Experience required...

• Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions and consultancy services
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance)
• Understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions, including centralized Identity
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services (e.g., AD, FIM, MIM) for transformation projects

Background...

• Account management of enterprise customers (approximately 75% of the role)
• Ability to win new customer business (approximately 25% of the role)
• Experience working in an SI, Enterprise Consultancy, or Microsoft Managed Security Partner environment
• Understanding of the wider Microsoft Security stack: Cloud Security, Cloud Identities, Copilot for Security, Defender XDR
• Experience discussing complex security solutions with existing enterprise and new customers.
