The Customer...

We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire a Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.

An established and well-respected security services business working in various sectors, both direct and through significant channel partnerships. They operate mainly in the large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors and have a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This new role is to manage the organization's key enterprise customers, a responsibility traditionally handled by senior leaders, as part of their growth investment.

This role involves managing existing enterprise customer accounts and 25% new business development, focusing on enterprise services and products built around the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem. It offers an exciting opportunity to join during a growth phase driven by investor backing.

Experience required...

• Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions or consultancy services
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance)
• Understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions, including centralized Identity
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services, e.g., AD, FIM, MIM, especially relevant for transformation projects

Background...

• Account management experience with enterprise customers (approximately 75% of the role)
• Ability to secure new logo customer business (approximately 25% of the role)
• Experience working in an SI, enterprise consultancy, or Microsoft Managed Security Partner environment
• Understanding of the broader Microsoft Security stack, including Cloud Security, Cloud Identities, Copilot for Security, Defender XDR
• Experience discussing complex security solutions with existing enterprise customers and new prospects
