Peabody is seeking an Enhanced Housing Management Officer to support residents transitioning from supported housing toward independent living within our housing schemes in London. You will build trusting relationships with tenants, provide practical guidance, and signpost to relevant services to sustain tenancies and promote safe environments.
The role includes welfare visits, risk assessments, health and safety checks, and continuous record-keeping.
We’re looking for an Enhanced Housing Management Officer to join our team, working with residents who have previously lived in supported housing and are continuing their recovery from mental ill health.
