Job summary

CUBE Consulting is seeking a Hybrid Service Coordinator in Wrexham to plan and schedule field engineers, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting customer requirements and service KPIs. You will handle customer calls, coordinate maintenance visits, maintain CRM records, and work closely with engineers and internal teams to optimise service delivery.

Salary is £30,000 per year, with up to £1,800 bonus paid monthly; the package rises to £32,000 after six months.

You will be responsible for planning and scheduling field engineers, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources while meeting customer requirements and service KPIs.

In return you can expect a salary of £30,000 pa plus up to a £1800 per annum bonus paid monthly depending on company performance this will rise to £32k basic after 6 months. Working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm and an early finish on a Friday of 2pm plus a great range of benefits including 34 days holidays which also rise in service and many more perks
