Job summary

PRS seeks an experienced Recruitment Resourcing & Talent Manager to lead a team of seven delivering candidate sourcing and recruitment across London and the South East. The role combines leadership with delivery excellence, strategy, and stakeholder management in a hybrid setup.

You will drive performance against GP targets, optimise processes, and build strong candidate pipelines in Engineering, Technical services and Built Environment sectors.

Qualifications

This role requires leadership and delivery management of a ~7-person team.
Proven experience in recruitment delivery and KPI management.
Strong stakeholder engagement across management levels.
Expertise in candidate sourcing and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of ~7 recruitment/resourcing professionals with clear objectives.
Set KPIs, monitor GP targets, and drive delivery performance.
Coach team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
Develop delivery strategies to optimise vacancies and client opportunities.
Oversee candidate journeys, engagement, and aftercare.
Collaborate with consultants and management to align sourcing with demand.
