Job summary

Seekhr | People & Talent Recruitment partners with a high-growth European fintech business to hire a Senior Talent Partner responsible for critical engineering recruitment across Europe. Based in the central Talent Acquisition team, you’ll partner with VP/Director-level Engineering leaders, build direct sourcing pipelines, map markets, and shape interview processes to raise the technical hiring bar.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience recruiting Engineering and Technology talent within high-growth tech organisations.
• Experience recruiting senior and specialist engineering profiles across multiple markets.
• Strong direct sourcing, headhunting and market-mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for complex engineering roles including senior contributors and engineering leads.
• Build direct sourcing and talent-mapping strategies across European markets.
• Develop centralised talent pipelines and partner with engineering leaders to understand workforce needs.
• Lead interview analysis and calibration, ensuring evidence-based decisions.
