Synergi Recruitment welcomes an Engineering Team Leader to join a well-established FMCG manufacturing site near Boston. The role focuses on leading shift engineers, driving uptime, and delivering continuous improvements across maintenance and projects.

The successful candidate will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage contractor activity, and support apprentices and developing engineers while sustaining high engineering standards and site safety.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Multi-skilled electrical engineering background.
• Fault finding on production machinery.
• Planned and reactive maintenance competency.
• Strong communication skills.
• Health & Safety awareness.

Responsabilités

• Leading and coordinating shift engineers.
• Planned and reactive maintenance.
• Supporting continuous improvement projects.
• Driving engineering standards and uptime.
• Prioritising breakdowns and workload.
• Supporting apprentices and developing engineers.
• Working with production teams.
• Managing contractor activity on site.
• Supporting shutdowns and project work.
• Monitoring downtime and recurring faults.
