The successful candidate will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage contractor activity, and support apprentices and developing engineers while sustaining high engineering standards and site safety.
Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Multi-skilled electrical engineering background.
- Fault finding on production machinery.
- Planned and reactive maintenance competency.
- Strong communication skills.
- Health & Safety awareness.
Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating shift engineers.
- Planned and reactive maintenance.
- Supporting continuous improvement projects.
- Driving engineering standards and uptime.
- Prioritising breakdowns and workload.
- Supporting apprentices and developing engineers.
- Working with production teams.
- Managing contractor activity on site.
- Supporting shutdowns and project work.
- Monitoring downtime and recurring faults.
