Synergi Search & Select Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Team Leader for our fast-paced FMCG site in Boston, Lincolnshire.

The role is 80% hands-on engineering with 20% people management, leading two shift engineers to ensure equipment reliability and maximise production. You’ll oversee maintenance activities, drive continuous improvement, and support installation, commissioning and upgrade work as part of a strong engineering team.

Qualifikationen

• We require an electrical bias with strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience in FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing environments is essential.
• Ability to lead by example in a hands-on engineering setting and manage 20% of the role.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of 2 shift engineers and allocate daily workloads.
• Carry out planned maintenance and respond to machine breakdowns.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults on PLC-controlled equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce downtime site-wide.
• Perform root cause analysis and support installation projects.
