Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking an Engineering Team Leader for an FMCG manufacturing site in Bristol. You will lead an engineering team responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventative maintenance on automated production machinery.

You will work a 4 on, 4 off days and nights shift pattern, with a focus on reducing downtime, improving reliability and supporting production performance across the site.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Hands-on maintenance including pre-planned, reactive and breakdown tasks in a fast-paced factory.
• Supervisory/leadership experience.
• Ability to work a 4 on, 4 off days and nights shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team to carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault-finding and planned maintenance on automated/semi-automated production machinery.
• Drive improvements to uptime, reliability and production performance across the site.
• Support shift pattern and ensure maximum uptime in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
