Job summary

Synergi Recruitment welcomes an Engineering Team Leader to join a well-established FMCG manufacturing site near Boston. The role focuses on leading shift engineers, driving uptime, and delivering continuous improvements across maintenance and projects.

The successful candidate will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage contractor activity, and support apprentices and developing engineers while sustaining high engineering standards and site safety.
