Overview

Engineering Supervisor - Brand New Contract | Paddington


Location: Paddington (On-site only)


Salary: £53,000 - £57,000 (DOE)


Hours: Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 17:00


Extras: Planned weekend work & OT available



Responsibilities


  • Organize and manage all planned and reactive maintenance

  • Ensure all work complies with H&S regulations and complete required documentation

  • Maintain plant rooms and ensure cleanliness and efficiency

  • Oversee reactive maintenance in line with contract requirements

  • Manage minor improvements and oversee contractors on-site

  • Attend client meetings and act as the primary on-site contact

  • Lead a team of engineers and subcontractors to maintain a high-end corporate workspace

  • Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules and project work



What We\'re Looking For


  • Experienced leader with a strong technical background in M&E maintenance

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage workload proactively and drive team performance

  • Well-presented and professional, with excellent communication skills for a client-facing role

  • Flexible to work occasional weekends as needed

  • Relevant qualifications (HVAC, Electrical/Mechanical, 18th Edition, etc.)
