Job summary

Escape Recruitment is partnering with a global engineering organisation to recruit a Sales Manager in the United Kingdom. The role combines three days on site with two days remote, plus international travel to support growth across markets.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will manage complex technical sales opportunities, develop strategic customer relationships and lead negotiations from initial opportunity to contract. A strong engineering background and B2B sales experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical B2B sales with complex products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex technical sales opportunities and achieving targets.
• Developing customer relationships and identifying new international opportunities.

• Collaborating with engineering, purchasing, operations and regional sales teams.
• Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and market intelligence.
