The Impact you will have:
- Actively identify and escalation safety concernsrelated to Briggs or customer operations, ensuring prompt resolution through the appropriate channels.
- Manage and develop strong relationshipswith an assigned portfolio of customers, focusing on all contract types and revenue streams.
- Collaborate effectively across departments-including, Credit Control, Engineering Managers, Engineers, and Service Centres - to streamline processes, increase service income, minimise debt and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical sales supportfor Plant and Groundcare products, assisting both customers and the Engineering Manager.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunitiesby increasing the share of customer spend across all services and products.
- Respond professionally to tender enquiriesacross multiple online platforms, positioning Briggs Equipment as the preferred supplier in the sector.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsat all customer levels to drive revenue growth and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Ensure full compliancewith engineering standards, health and safety regulations, and audit requirements in partnership with the Engineering Manager and Engineering Services team.
- Track and communicate contract performancebuilding and analysing monthly reports using BE Portal KPIs and Power BI to maintain transparency and support customer satisfaction.
- Promote and expand Truckcare contracts, targeting both existing and potential customers to grow the active fleet park.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of business unit performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, supporting Briggs' ambition to be recognised as an employer of choice.
