Job summary

Gattaca in Coventry is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of medium and large-scale engineering projects, ensuring contractual, technical, commercial and operational objectives are achieved.

• Proven project management experience in engineering or related technical environments.
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple medium/large-scale projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones while managing risks.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, mobilisation, testing, logistics and offshore support.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and in compliance with contractual objectives.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, forecasting and change control.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting, progress, risks and performance.
• Support tender submissions and technical proposal development.
• Foster strong client and supplier relationships throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
