Job summary

Gattaca is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale engineering projects in offshore/manufacturing sectors. You will develop plans, manage risks, coordinate engineering, testing, logistics, and offshore support to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget execution.

Key responsibilities include budget oversight, change control, stakeholder engagement, and regular progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in engineering/offshore/manufacturing.
• Experience managing complex equipment projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical handling equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and coordinate execution.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end projects meeting contractual and technical goals.
• Develop plans, schedules, and manage risks and milestones.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and offshore support.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with safety compliance.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, forecasting, and change control.
• Escalate commercial or project risks as needed.
• Build strong client and supplier relationships throughout lifecycle.
• Prepare project docs, reports, and progress updates.
• Lead continuous improvement from lessons learned.
