Outsource UK is seeking an Engineering Programme Lead to drive technical excellence in product development and guide multi-disciplinary engineering teams across international projects.

The role acts as a technical authority for multiple programmes, leading activities across mechanical, electrical, software, test, and development engineering to ensure standardized, configurable, and performance-optimized designs.

Qualifications

• This role requires a degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex system development and integration projects.
• Proven track record of multi-domain project leadership and international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for relevant programmes and projects.
• Lead engineering activities across mechanical, electrical, software, test, and development domains.
• Provide direction to standardize, configure, and optimize designs for performance and cost.
• Collaborate with Programme Management and Technology Group; escalate technical challenges when necessary.
