Job summary

VerifyUs in London seeks a Senior Programme Manager to lead complex engineering programmes from bid stage through delivery. You will manage customer-funded development programmes, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee budgets and schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Degree, HND, or equivalent in PM or Engineering.
• ~5 years' experience managing engineering or technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder comms.
• Experience delivering projects from concept to completion.
• Experience in defence, maritime, aerospace or regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, procurement, quality, and commercial teams.
• Monitor project performance, forecasts, and programme progress.
• Support bid preparation and project governance.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure contractual obligations are met.
