Job summary

White Label Recruitment is partnering with a technology-led engineering and manufacturing business in East Yorkshire to recruit a Programme Manager for a major international programme. The role holds end-to-end ownership of a $16m+ engineering programme through development, testing, and multi-year production.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance, owning budget, milestones, risk and customer commitments while

Qualifications

• Proven ownership of a major engineering or manufacturing programme.
• Experience in a technology-led engineering environment.
• Significant budget and P&L responsibility.
• Experience taking physical engineered products through development and into manufacture/production.
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering, manufacturing and operations.
• Strong programme governance, risk, milestone and resource management.
• Ability to influence and bring people with you, including where you don't have direct authority.
• Experience working within a growing or changing engineering/manufacturing business.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for programme performance, working across Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Own programme delivery, budget and P&L, milestones, risk and customer commitments, while interfacing with senior internal and international stakeholders.
• Lead the lifecycle from engineering and development through testing and into repeatable production.
• Develop the programme framework with governance, reporting and controls to maintain appropriate balance of oversight and efficiency.
