Job summary

WSP Rail Stations is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the technical delivery of a diverse portfolio of railway stations projects across the UK. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships and ensure safety and compliance on site, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Reporting to the Regional Service Lead, you will mentor engineers, drive innovative solutions and support delivery across projects with clients such as Network Rail, HS2, TfL and local

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional status.
• Experience in client-facing environments.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary rail projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of multi-disciplinary station design projects.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve project outcomes.
• Representing WSP and leading design coordination activities such as IDR/IDC.
• Undertaking the CEM role in accordance with NR/L2/INI/02009.
• Supporting the Project and Design Managers in the technical delivery of Rail projects.
• Providing guidance, support and mentorship to aspiring engineering managers.
