Job summary

WSP is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of multi-disciplinary Rail Stations design projects across the UK. You will be client facing, managing stakeholders and guiding teams through early concept to detailed design and on-site support.

The role requires proven leadership in rail projects, strong relationship management, and delivery within budget and programme constraints. Hybrid working is offered with offices in London, Birmingham, and other UK sites.

Qualifications

• Multidisciplinary delivery experience in rail projects.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and stakeholders.
• Experience delivering Rail Stations design projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership of diverse technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Be client facing and accountable for delivery of multi-disciplinary Rail Stations design projects.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve project outcomes.
• Contribute to developing high performing teams from multiple disciplines.
• Administer contracts to monitor schedules and commercial performance.
