WSP Rail Stations is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead technical delivery across our rail station portfolio. You will steer multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and drive design coordination from concept to on-site support.

Ideal candidates are Chartered Engineers with extensive rail project experience, a strong safety culture, and a track record of delivering quality outcomes for major clients across the UK.

Qualifikationen

• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional recognition.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery and client relationships.
• Knowledge of rail design processes and safety standards.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical delivery of multi-disciplinary station design projects.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve outcomes.
• Promote health, safety and welfare and ensure CDM compliance on projects.
• Coordinate design activities such as IDR/IDC and drive design reviews.
• Provide mentorship to aspiring engineering managers and junior staff.
