Qualifications
- Demonstrable multidisciplinary delivery experience and a track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to lead, coordinate and mentor a team of technical resources across design disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and CDM requirements; promote safety culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery of rail stations projects across multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships to deliver outcomes.
- Represent WSP in design coordination activities (IDR/IDC).
- Undertake CEM role in NR/L2/INI/02009 where required.
- Support Project and Design Managers in technical delivery of Rail projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to aspiring engineering managers.
