Qualifikationen

• Demonstrable multidisciplinary delivery experience and a track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to lead, coordinate and mentor a team of technical resources across design disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and CDM requirements; promote safety culture.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical delivery of rail stations projects across multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to deliver outcomes.
• Represent WSP in design coordination activities (IDR/IDC).
• Undertake CEM role in NR/L2/INI/02009 where required.
• Support Project and Design Managers in technical delivery of Rail projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to aspiring engineering managers.
