Job summary

WSP is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to develop and deliver electrical designs for rail station projects, working within a multidisciplinary team to produce technically compliant designs aligned with client requirements.

You will engage in client meetings, adhere to assurance processes, and contribute to design coordination with Network Rail, TfL and LUL. WSP offers hybrid working across the UK, development opportunities, and a culture of inclusion.

Qualifications

• Experience of the design of electrical systems.
• Experience of Electrical Design on Rail Stations.
• 230/400V power distribution (single and 3phase).
• Electrical building services (power/lighting/fire/intruder).

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical designs for smaller station rail projects as they arise.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to produce technically compliant designs per client requirements.
• Engage in client meetings and internal assurance processes and coordinate design across disciplines.
