Job summary

WSP, a global engineering firm, is seeking an Engineering Manager for Rail Stations to lead technical delivery of a diverse portfolio of station projects. Based in London, you will head multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring design excellence and alignment with client requirements, standards, and schedules.

You will build strong relationships with clients like Network Rail and other stakeholders, drive safety, coordinate with IDR/IDC, and mentor engineers to grow leadership capability within the

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional status.
• Experience leading client-facing projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of multi-disciplinary rail station design projects.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve outcomes.
• Apply CDM and health and safety regulations and promote safety culture.
• Represent WSP in design coordination activities (IDR/IDC).
• Undertake the CEM role in NR/L2/INI/02009.
• Support Project and Design Managers in technical delivery.
• Mentor aspiring engineering managers.
