Job summary

WSP Rail is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the technical delivery of a diverse portfolio of rail stations projects. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships and champion safety and CDM compliance across projects.

Reporting to the Regional Service Lead, you will mentor engineers, support design managers and coordinate key interfaces in a dynamic, high-profile programme across the UK.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable multidisciplinary delivery experience and track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to lead, influence and coordinate engineering teams across disciplines.
• Strong communication and mentoring capabilities to grow engineering managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of multi-disciplinary rail stations projects.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve project outcomes.
• Embed CDM and health and safety best practice across delivery teams.
• Represent WSP and lead design coordination activities (IDR/IDC).
• Undertake the CEM role in line with NR/L2/INI/02009.
• Support project and design managers in technical delivery and provide mentorship.
