A medical technology company is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead - Commercial to lead a team focused on R&D for Surgical and Hybrid Products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product design engineering, extensive experience in developing Class II/III medical devices, and leadership skills. Qualifications

• Significant experience developing Class II/III medical devices, ideally vascular.
• Proven experience in Design Thinking processes and concept development.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing.
• Knowledge of IP processes desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and technicians in advanced design and prototyping.
• Drive innovation through the Strategic Concept Filter process.
• Translate design inputs into new product concepts.
• Oversee the development of proof-of-concept prototypes.
