Job summary

Thales invites applications for a 3-year Engineering Development Programme designed for graduates starting their professional careers in the UK. You will rotate through program areas, gaining exposure to various engineering lifecycle stages while being mentored by the Engineering Leadership team.

The scheme is accredited by IET, IMechE and RAeS, with opportunities for a Year 3 rotation or external secondment. Hybrid/flexible working is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject as listed (Aero, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mathematics, Physics, Through Life Support Engineering or similar).
• Eligible candidates must have the right to work in the UK and be able to obtain BPSS and SC clearance.
• Security clearance is mandatory for this UK Eyes Only programme.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme accredited by IET, IMechE and RAeS.
• Rotate in Year 3 or pursue an external secondment with Thales partners.
• Develop transversal skills and core engineering competencies.
• Work in a fixed location and domain to understand how the Engineering Function operates.
