First Bus is seeking an Engineering Supervisor at the Slough Depot to lead a high-performing engineering team. The role covers supervising planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring fleet availability and regulatory compliance, and supervising stock control and warranty processes at Slough depot.
You will manage day-to-day activities, support the Engineering Manager, and drive reliability and safety across the fleet while growing your leadership capabilities within a major UK bus operator.

Salary: up to £55,000 DOE
